Description
Image shows a view of the Colonel John Chambers Low residence, located on Palos Verdes Drive West on lot 19, block 1515, tract 6886. The newly planted garden of the two-story stucco house with tile roof and chimney is shown in the foreground, with two Low family children identified as Keegan Low, on left, and Jane Low, at right holding a white cat, standing in the doorway. The garden's stone patio, pathway and retaining walls flank the entranceway. The house was the second house to receive a building permit in Palos Verdes. The architects were Roth & Parker.
