Photograph caption dated April 25, 1958 reads, "Bill Wallace, left, student body president at John Burroughs High School, accepts pencil from Kim Hocking, Burbank High School student body president, to register with Happy Hoedinghaus for Burbank High summit meeting. More than 120 student leaders from five schools attended third annual forum conference. Represented high schools were Glendale, Hoover, Pasadena, Muir, Burroughs and Burbank."
