Description
Photographic portrait of a Westdale Realty agent completing a sale in front of a house in Los Angeles, 1960-1970. The real estate agent is at center and is placing a sold sign over a for sale sign on the front lawn. At left, a nicely dressed couple looks on, while at right another couple is looking at the agent. Both couples appear very proud. The house behind them is light colored, and a brick walkway can be seen at right. The picture file card reads "Keeping them happy".
