Description
"In 1900, Dr. Eugene H. Buffum came from Chicago to Fair Oaks with his father, Dr. Joseph C. Buffum, and his brother, Dr. J. H. Buffum. Dr. Buffum, one of the first physicians in Fair Oaks, helped organize the Fair Oaks Band with William Gregory. Dr. Buffum is shown here playing his mandolin."
