Title transcribed from item. Signed on mount: "© Frederick Monsen." Casa Blanca also called White House Ruin. Monsen's typed label on back says: "Arizona. Canyon de Chelly. The wonderful Casa Blanca ruin showing the beetling cliff under which it is located. The walls in this part of the canyon are about six hundred feet high and the dry stream bed from two to five hundred feet wide. The canyon is countersunk in the general level of the country and receives the drainage of a great area of mesa land."
