Description: View of the United States Flag and the California State Flag presented by Percy George West of the Native Sons of the Golden West, on the left and Genevieve Didion of the Native Daughters of the Golden West, on the right to Mayor Bert Geisreiter on the far right. The presentation of the flags was a gift of the NSGW to the Sacramento City Youth Center on 15th and C Streets.
