Description
Giant 30 foot aluminum parabolic antenna specifically constructed for receiving of Moon bounce radio signal from Alaska is shown at Eitel-McCullough, Inc., San Carlos plant. The demonstration was part of Eimac Dedication ceremony, April 16. Antenna was constructed by Granger Associates of Palo Alto. Signal was transmitted from Stanford Research Institute site near Fairbanks, Alaska. Eimac Klystron was used as transmitting tube. April 1958.
