Photograph of group of seven monks lined up outside about to enter the church at Mission San Luis Rey de Francia, August 2, 1900. Four of them have their hoods pulled over their heads. The last in line carries a book. The church building's stucco has come of in many places revealing the brick structure underneath. A row of arches is visible behind the men.
