This amount will equal the total loans made by the association in the Valley during the past 10 years, according to Emil Seliga, executive vice president...Speaking at a meeting of more than 90 business and civic leaders at the Doric Mission Inn, Seliga said that the need for the additional financing is based on the continued population growth of the Valley, and that the decision to open the new office was made to handle this expanded volume of business.
