Photograph caption dated March 11, 1957 reads "Congressman Joe Holt (R-22nd Dist.) discusses Congressional legislation with constituents during coffee hour at Sportsmen's Lodge. From left are Mmes. Lorin B. Tolley, Benjamin E. Smith and James S. Winston. Holt declared Russia's veto power in United Nations must be curtailed and that small businessmen should make their views on legislation known to Congress." Sportsmen's Lodge is in Studio City.
