Title supplied by cataloger.; Photograph caption dated March 1, 1961 reads, "Panorama City sign moved into Pacoima area. Bear, left, left; Mrs. Raineri, Davidson seem pleased." Mr. Bear is Lt. Col. William "Teddy" Bear, the chairman of Panorama City's recognition committee; Mrs. John A. Raineri is an active Panorama City booster; Jule Davidson is the president of the Panorama City Chamber of Commerce. At the time this was taken, some disputed that the area around the intersection of Sharp Avenue and Branford Street was part of Panorama City; the area is in fact located within Panorama City.
