Misako Nomura, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. Kenneth Hopper with the contact information of Mr. Hiroshi Yamamura, the chief of the personnel section of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. Nomura says that there is no special summer holiday for workers in Japan except for a factory holiday. She also says that when the summer comes, employees can put down the day they want for their holiday on a calendar that is circulated. The letter contains Nomura's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "13" on the top, right corner of page 1. Page 2 is an inter-office memo to Mr. Hopper from Nagasaki dated 1981 September 11 with Inoue as the subject. The page 2 memo may not correspond with the page 1 letter.
