Photograph caption dated February 8, 1965 reads, "Getting ready for the second annual Freedom Day in Encino, Feb. 21, is Mrs. Philip Fixler, president of the Encino Business and Professional Women's Club, and Henry Start, vice president of the Encino Chamber of Commerce. With them are Theresa Ball, 8, at top; Mage Fixler, 1 1/2, left, and Michael Ball, 1 1/2, right. Celebration will begin at 1 p.m. in Encino Park, 16953 Ventura Blvd., Encino."
