Newspaper published at Stockton Assembly Center every Wednesday and Saturday from May 30, 1942 to September 28, 1942, featuring columns related to living conditions, activities, sports, events at other camps, the move to Rohwer Incarceration camp in Arkansas, and a cartoon character named Pancho created by art editor George Akimoto.
