Description
Ledyard Frink was an early Sacramento pioneer who came overland with his wife in a covered wagon, reaching Sacramento on September 1, 1850. He built a hotel on the southwest corner of Seventh and K Streets in the early 1850's and was a member of the Sacramento City Council from April, 1855 until 1856.
