Description
Agreement for six acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro, east of Wilmington Avenue. Lease is for two years, beginning January 1, 1941 and ending December 31, 1942 with a yearly rent of $150. The document is signed by the lessee and the company.
