Looking north towards the Fort Moore Memorial on Hill Street from Arcadia Street and Broadway (over the 101 Freeway) in March 1981. A sign directs motorists to the nearby on-ramp for the 101 Hollywood Freeway and State Route 11 (later renumbered as the 110).
