Seen here is a drawing of the Pico House, with a corner view of the exterior and people, horses and carriages. Printing on the sheet includes: "VISIT THE LOS ANGELES ORANGE GROVES and THE PICO HOUSE, the only first class hotel in Southern California. Free bus to the house."
