Photograph caption dated June 5, 1956 reads "Even bicyclists have road hazards to cope with. A sudden opening of a car door will sometimes cause a boy to panic. Shown above, this group of boys spot door and swerve out too far in attempt to avoid it. They are guilty of unsafe movements and riding in a group. Result could have been a tragic accident." The boys are students from North Hollywood Junior High School, demonstrating in a series of pictures how not to ride a bicycle.
