Description: Supervisor Kenneth Hahn shows charts: Basic grid routes; Pratical approach to Rapid Transit; and existing railroad rights-of-way map. Hahn supports the SCAG concept. He feels that the regional planning group provides a new "means of communication" between Southern California city and county officials in the six counties. Hahn feels that, at present, they do not have a good forum for regional planning. Photo dated: February 27, 1966.
