Description
As word spread throughout the Golf Products Group plant of Paramount (Compton Blvd. and Garfield Ave.), and before INS agents could seal off all the exits, some of the workers suspected of being illegal immigrants escaped through the back gate on April 26, 1984. One agent said 25-30 escaped before the exit was sealed.
