"There are about ten young men who have been apprenticed for three years in agriculture and they are taught how to use the plough, and other implements and are given teaching in tree-planting, and other things." The set of slides is the gift to the Kikuyu Mission of the Young Peoples Meeting at the Burgh Hall, Hillhead, of which he was for many years a member."
