Description
Meeting of the San Bruno Water Commission, December 13, 1948. The commission was chaired by Lyman E. McGuffin, who served on the San Bruno City Council from 1948 to 1952, also briefly serving as mayor from May to October 1951. The City Clerk, Ralph E. Woodman, was also a member of the commission, along with four other men, listed as Harte, Ross, Burton and Hess. The seventh man is most likely Clarence L. White, city engineer and the City Manager of San Bruno from 1953 to 1955.
