Photograph caption dated January 20, 1962 reads, "Attorney Jack Baum, center, new president of the Tarzana Chamber of Commerce, receives the president's gavel from outgoing president A. B. Clark and a congratulatory kiss from Mrs. Baum. Baum was installed at the chamber's annual banquet at the Deauville Club in Santa Monica. Other 1962 officers installed at the event were Carl Rosenberg, first vice president; Margaret Milligan, second vice president; and William Stack, treasurer."
