Photograph of aerial view of flooded(?) area near ocean, January 1938. At center, two long roads can be seen extending from the bottom of the image to the top. To the left of the roads, two large structures can be seen along the sand. Further to the left, a small valley can be seen in the sand leading to the ocean at right. At center, a long bridge can be seen extending over the ocean from the beach. Along the sandy beach at center, a wooden pier is also visible slightly extending over the water.
