A two-story building with a balcony that extends across the entire second story is visible at center on a hill. Rectangular windows are visible on each story, and a portion of the building extends up to three stories at left. Palm trees can be seen in the foreground up to the building, while fountains are visible in the background. Verso dated, "February 1927".
