Description: Exterior view of the Korean Shopping Center, located at Eighth Street and Normandie Avenue. The building is highlighted by heavy tile roofs and deep overhangs. The redevelopment of Koreatown began in the early 1970s, concentrating along Western Avenue, Olympic Boulevard, 8th Street and Vermont Avenue. Photograph dated September 11, 1987.
