Description
Medical activists, politicians, BAYMEC, and organized labor hold a joint news conference in opposition of Proposition 102, a ballot initiative that would impose HIV testing for insurability and employability. Left to right: Martin Fenstersheib, M.D.; Roger Kennedy, M.D.; State Assemblyman John Vasconellos; Representative Barney Frank; Wiggsy Sivertsen, BAYMEC; and Rick Sawyer, CIO Labor Business Agent.
