Described as land he intended to cultivate, 350 varas square, contiguous to the land of Cresencia Valdez, thence in a Westerly direction 346 varas, contiguous to the lands of Abel Stearns, thence in a Northerly direction 252 varas and thence in an Easterly direction 276 varas, to the point of beginning.
