Description
Photograph caption dated April 2, 1987 reads, "Rupert Murdoch's Fox Broadcasting Network has been at work on the Hollywood sign after donating $27,000 for permission to temporarily substitute FOX for the fist three letters. As the network's premiere night, Sunday, approached, they'd gotten two out of three, which ain't bad. Herald TV critic David Gritten finds two of the new programs equally shaky."
