In 1963, the Art Department relocated to its own facility, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Hancock Park. This facility, designed by Frank Hudson and William A.D. Munsell in 1913, then became the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (NHM). Paintings displayed in the Los Angeles County Museum of History, Science, and Art in Exposition Park.
