Description
El Segundo, Cal. simply MUST go ahead. Every advantage and condition exists for its permanent progress. El Segundo has already attained tremendous momentum and nothing can stop it. The establishing of the Standard Oil Company's great refinery has created splendid values at El Segundo, but the pouring in from the the many permanent advantages to be obtained by the manufacturer locating there will increase values beyond the fondest hopes of any of the hundreds who have already purchased property here. Nothing in or near Los Angeles presents such attractive investment possibilities as lots or acreage at El Segundo.
