This linen-finished card postmarked 1943 features an aerial view of part of downtown Sacramento facing southwest. The printed description on the back of the card reads, "Shown in this picture are the Library and Courts Building, State Office Buildings 1,2,and 3, as well as the Public Works and Motor Vehicles Building." Attributed to the E. C. Kropp Company of Milwaukee, this postcard was published by W. C. Spengler News Agency in Sacramento.
