View of Ocean Park cottages on the beach looking north towards Santa Monica with the Arcadia Hotel and North Beach Bath House and pier in the distance.
This is a copy negative (a photograph of another photograph). "Ocean Park cottages on the beach looking toward Santa Monica" and "Ottie Carrillo Collection"--notes from donor Ernest Marquez written on envelope in which the negative was received. Title based on a note from Ernest Marquez; date devised by cataloger based on the history of the North Beach Bath House Pier, which was completed in 1898, and the Arcadia Hotel, which was demolished in 1909.
