Trees in the background. The large group of women, men and children present is standing in front of the school looking towards it. The women are wearing dresses and hats, the men are dressed in suits. The appearances are less formal than on other occasions. On the left and right in the background additional white buildings. Cf. photo no. 12467. -- Photo no. 12467 shows the school from a different perspective. -- This picture was taken by Willibald Paul Schaberg (1900-?). He worked as a missionary in South Africa West, mostly in Elim. He married Elfriede Henriette Johanna Nigrin (born 1898) in Herrnhut near Dresden, Germany, in 1929. It is not known when and where he stopped working and died.
