Four views of snow covered Central Pacific Railroad tracks in the Sierras.
View 1 (accession no. 2007-0162) shows the interior of a show shed with snow along the edge of the tracks -- view 2 (accession no. 2007-0163) The Great Snow Blockade, C.P.R.R. shows men with shovels on a mound of snow, blowing equipment creating billows of snow in the air -- view 3 (accession no. 2007-0164) shows men with shovels working on clearing the tracks, snow piled very high -- view 4 (accession no. 2007-0165) shows snow shed and cleared tracks, two men working, snow covered mountains in distance.
