Photograph caption dated February 22, 1950 reads "Ralph Dyer, left, Harry L. Ruggles, Eck Heistand, Charles Newton and Charles Livingston." The article partially reads "It was a memorable night for the Woodland Hills-Canoga Park Rotary Club. The only two living founders of Rotary, Harry L. Ruggles of Chicago and Charles A. Newton of Hollywood, met in reunion with the club and its guests at a dinner in the Woodland Hills Community Center."
