Description
Land lease for 20 acres of the M. R. Dominguez allotment south of 190th Street and west of Hawthorne Boulevard. The lease start date is November 1, 1941 and end date is October 31, 1942 with a yearly rent of $120. The document is not signed. "Copy" is written in pencil on the front page.
