Photographic portrait of Dona Gertrudes Pico, daughter of Francisco Pico Y Vaca, at Rancho Loma in San Jacinto, [s.d.]. She can be seen full length and is looking straight ahead while leaning on the side of a high-backed chair at left. She is wearing a long light-colored dress with a high collar and puffy sleeves, and there is a flower in her dark hair. The chair on which she is leaning is wooden and is ornately carved with circular patterns. Francisco Pico Y Vaca was the son of Jose Antonio Pico, who was the elder brother of Pio and Andreas Pico.
