(Note: Cleeton in all probability will be elected president, but, due to political considerations, the LA group have asked that no mention of his candidacy be mentioned till after the elections, which are due for some time between 2:30 and 3:30 this afternoon. They're afraid the NY gang will yell 'steamroller' and upset the apple cart -- if you'll pardon the mixed metaphor -- Frederick".
