Photograph caption dated July 1, 1963 reads "This metal fish, relaxing aboard a truck on the way to a carnival, suddenly found himself dumped in the middle of Sepulveda Blvd. near Rinaldi St. in Mission Hills today. The truck, driven by Willis A. Lowie for the Atlas Greater Shows, flipped over as it swung off the San Diego Freeway to head north on Sepulveda Blvd. Carnival equipment, including the fish which is used in a children's ride, was strewn across the boulevard, but there were no injuries."
