Description
This circa 1990 postcard shows the Pony Express monument, located in the Old Sacramento State Historic Park, at the northeast corner of Second and J streets. Sacramento's B.F. Hastings building, at the southwest corner of Second and J streets, was the western terminus of the express. The monument's rider is pointed directly toward the Hastings building.
