Description
Shown is a postcard sent from San Francisco to Santa Cruz on August 11, 1904. It features a photograph of Sacramento's Hall of Records and Courthouse. The courthouse was the second in Sacramento's history, the first having burned down shortly after being designated the state capitol building in 1854. It, and the Hall of Records, sat on I Street between Sixth and Seventh streets.
