Photograph caption dated July 24, 1954 reads, "Lorraine Bowman and Ruth Funk, musical directors from Salt Lake City, check arrangements for the Mormon Music Festival with Mark Ross of 901 Grinnell, Burbank, co-ordinator for the four day Mormon Youth Conference to be held in Los Angeles starting Aug. 4. The music festival, featuring 1500 voices, will be held in the Hollywood Bowl Friday evening, Aug. 5."
