Description
Connie and Jeremy begin the interview discussing the motivation for the book and the length of time covered in the book. They proceed to discuss Jeremy’s own background and his path to a film career, and prominent examples of directors charting their own paths, including Steven Spielberg, before moving on to talk about the importance of negotiating complicated situations that may arise for directors, such as in handling ill actors or child actors. Connie and Jeremy then consider Jeremy’s experience with storyboards and their appropriate use, and the use of multiple cameras in the filming process. Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
