Description
Photograph of exterior view of the Forsyth Tailor Shop, ca.1880-1889. At center, three men are visible standing near the entrance of the tailor shop. One man wearing a suit stands in the open doorway. At center, an older man with a beard can also be seen wearing a suit. The third man at right only wears a white shirt with suspenders, and he leans against a sign that reads: "Forsyth, Fine Tailoring, Repairing, Popular Priges (Prices?)". To the right of the men, a large multi-paned window is visible. A cloth or tarp covers the roof of the building. To the far right, a small sign reads: "Tailoring". Previous version of record stated: "Property of Ted Forsyth, 1401 Victoria Ave., Los Angeles, 6".
