Description
Footage of the 1981 Oakland Christmas Pageant. Performed annually from 1919 to 1987 by Oakland's elementary and junior high school students as a gift to the city, the pageant was organized and choreographed by Louise Jorgensen, of the Parks and Recreation Department, who travelled to each school and instructed the students in the their parts.
