Description: Partial exterior view of the French colonial style home once owned by actress Constance Bennett (1904-1965). A "Union Ice Company" van is parked in the driveway. The house is located at 280 N. Carolwood Drive in the Holmby Hills area of West Los Angeles. The 20-room house, designed by architect J.E. Dolena, was built in 1937 to the cost of $37,000.
