Description
Irving Dardik discusses his book, “Quantum Fitness.” He begins by explaining his position as the Chairman of the Olympic Sports Committee. He travels the country and trains Olympic athletes in science and medicine. The book uses relaxation and visualization techniques to keep the athletes both mentally and physically ready to compete. He describes specific nutrition and exercise routines, and talks about the benefits of leg squats and skipping. He ends the interview by talking about the dangers of steroids and drugs on an athlete’s body.
