Black and white photograph of architect's drawing of proposed new $2,500,000 building for the Otis Art Institute on Wilshire Blvd. near MacArthur Park, in Westlake district of Los Angeles. Photo appeared in newspaper in 1946. "The Otis Art Institute" is written in center of drawing, for name of building. Written in white border at bottom center is, "The Otis Art Institute, County of Los Angeles, California." Article attached to photo reads, "Art Center - Architect's drawing of proposed new $2,500,000 building for the Otis Art Institute on Wilshire Blvd., near Gen. Douglas MacArthur Park, in Westlake district. Plan now is before County Supervisors."
